-No parties or events
-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside showers to rinse
-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7pm
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

Guest access

Guests enjoy full private access to all three apartments, the terrace, and gated parking. Each unit has a separate entrance and kitchen. Self check-in via secure lockbox available 24/7.

Other things to note

● We welcome groups of all kinds, but ask guests to respect quiet hours and occupancy rules.
● Additional guest fee applies after 16 people ($45 pp/pd). Please inquire before booking.
● Noise-sensitive area: parties and excessive noise not allowed after 10pm.
● Listing is located on a main road—light sleepers may prefer earplugs
