Ocean Park is the hottest chic beach neighborhood in all of San Juan. We are 2 blocks to famous Kasalta coffee bakery shop, Minutes away from La Placita de Santurce and 2 blocks from beachfront sports park (Parque Barbosa ) with Tennis, Basketball court and running track. Numerous eating options on Hip trendy Calle Loiza. short uber ride to Old San Juan and 8 minutes from the SJU airport.

-No parties or events
-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside showers to rinse by apt 3
-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
- Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $150 fee
