-No parties or events
-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside shower to rinse
-No noise after 10:00 PM - 6am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
- Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

We have a new pool and pool rules - guest must sign or email approval of pool waiver before access is allowed.

Full private access to the apartment and all included amenities. Shared access to the pool (with prior agreement). Secure lockbox check-in is available 24/7.
Hosts are responsive and available throughout your stay.

You'll stay in a secure gated community in Ocean Park at 2064 Calle España with 24/7 self check-in via lockbox.

Driving Directions:
Enter through the security gate on Calle Santa Ana, next to Tres Palmas Surf Shop (use 1911 Calle McCleary for GPS).

➤ Inside gate: Right on Calle Cacique → Left on Calle Rampla. We’re on the left corner.

Walking Access:
Perimeter gates are open 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. After hours, use the Calle Santa Ana gate by the surf shop—accessible 24/7.

● Pool rules must be acknowledged via email. $5/person one-time pool maintenance fee applies.
● Additional guest fee: $45 pp/pd beyond 4 guests or for unlisted visitors.
● Washer/dryer available 24/7 unless water service is temporarily
disrupted (rare).
● Quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure all guests in the building can relax peacefully.
● Generator and water backup are included to avoid disruptions.
