The neighbourhood

We are 2 minute walk to famous Kasalta coffee bakery shop, Minutes away from La Placita de Santurce and 1 block from beachfront sports park (Parque Barbosa ) with Tennis, Basketball court and running track. Numerous eating options on Calle Loiza. 9 minutes from the SJU airport

-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-Please No sand in home. use outside shower to rinse.
-Community quiet hours after 10:00 PM - 6am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

We have a new pool and pool rules - guest must sign or email approval pool waiver before access is allowed.

Guest access

Guests enjoy full private access to the unit and all its included amenities. The pool and common areas are shared with other units. Self check-in available 24/7 via lockbox. Gated entry ensures added safety and peace of mind.


Driving Directions:

We are located in a gated community in Ocean Park at 2064 Calle España.
• Enter through the security tower on Calle Santa Ana, next to Tres Palmas Surf Shop (1911 Calle McCleary on GPS).
• Once inside, turn right onto Calle Cacique, then left onto Calle Rampla. Our home is on the left corner.

Walking Gates:

Perimeter gates are closed after 6 pm
• Open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Afterward, use Calle Santa Ana to walk in or out. 24/7 by the surf shop

The home has independent lockbox access for guest arrivals with check in/out anytime.

Interaction with guests

Professionally managed to maximize hospitality. There is a lockbox to the right side of the entrance for guest arrivals not meeting host. Access code is provided. To lock the doors when leaving the apartment you must turn handle up to the left while turning key.

Other things to note

● Pool access requires a one-time $5/person maintenance fee and email agreement to house rules.
● This is a small studio and best suited for 1–2 travelers with light luggage.
● Occasional weekday construction next door may be noticeable during the day.
● Additional guest fee: $45 pp/pd beyond 2 guests or for unlisted visitors.
● We strictly follow Airbnb and CDC sanitation guidelines.
● Full-length mirror and closet not included—please plan accordingly for shorter stays.
